Bluish Green Engobe Powder | ENSP 12 V. Azulado

100g | €5.00

A bluish green ceramic engobe supplied in powder form, suitable for decorating pottery with colour, pattern and texture.

Ideal for brushwork, dipping, marbling and sgraffito techniques. It can be applied to leather-hard clay, dry greenware or bisque-fired pieces.

When left unglazed, engobes generally produce a matt finish, although some may vitrify during firing. Applying a compatible transparent glaze can enhance the colour intensity.

Application

Apply 2–3 coats to suitable clay surfaces.
Use a brush, sponge, slip trailer, spray gun or dipping technique.
Suitable for marbling and sgraffito decoration.
Apply a compatible transparent glaze for greater colour intensity.

Please note: Colour and finish may vary depending on clay body, glaze, firing temperature and kiln conditions. Test on a sample piece before using on finished work.
